To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p799 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.
p799's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p799 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by p799's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through p799's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
p799 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
